FBI-LEEDA and Director Brad Schoen, the Riley County Police Department, are pleased to announce a five-day Supervisor Leadership Institute for Law Enforcement Executives being held in Manhattan, KS.

The Supervisor Leadership Institute focuses on key areas to help ensure the success of first-line supervisors and middle managers.  Instructional staff includes command level law enforcement and government leaders with extensive leadership experience who have a passion for teaching.  The following is a tentative agenda (subject to revision) for the Supervisor Leadership Institute:

The Supervisor Leadership Institute will begin at 8:30 A.M. on Monday, July 14th and conclude at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, July 18th. The Supervisor Leadership Institute will be held at the American Institute of Baking, 1213 Bakers Way, Manhattan Kansas 66502. Dress is business casual.   For hotel reservations, contact the Holiday Inn, 1641 Anderson Ave, Manhattan KS Telephone: 785-539-7531. The rate is approximately $85 a night.

The registration fee is $650. Cancellation Policy:  FBI-LEEDA may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.  If a program is canceled or postponed, FBI-LEEDA will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges or expenses, including but not limited to cancellation/change charges assessed by hotels, airlines or travel agencies.  Requests for cancellation and/or substitution should be directed to Lynn Weber at lweber@fbileeda.org.  A $75 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds.  Requests for substitutions for another class or of another attendee for the same class will be accommodated whenever possible.  Additional fees will not be charged for reasonable substitutions.  Refunds will not be issued for ‘no shows”.  All registration fees must be paid prior to the start of the class.
